“V-Ryze, Maitri Enterprises द्वारा संचालित एवं प्रबंधित एक ब्रांड है। इन नियम एवं शर्तों में जहाँ भी ‘कंपनी’ शब्द का प्रयोग किया गया है, उसका आशय Maitri Enterprises द्वारा संचालित V-Ryze ब्रांड से होगा।”
1. सदस्यता
V-Ryze में पंजीकरण करने वाला प्रत्येक सदस्य यह घोषित करता है कि उसके द्वारा दी गई सभी जानकारी सत्य एवं सही है। गलत जानकारी पाए जाने पर कंपनी सदस्यता समाप्त या निलंबित कर सकती है।
2. नियमों की स्वीकृति
पंजीकरण करते समय सदस्य कंपनी के सभी नियमों, नीतियों, दिशानिर्देशों एवं भविष्य में किए जाने वाले संशोधनों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होगा।
3. व्यवसायिक आचरण
प्रत्येक सदस्य कंपनी की प्रतिष्ठा बनाए रखने का प्रयास करेगा तथा किसी भी प्रकार की गलत, भ्रामक, अनैतिक या कंपनी की छवि को नुकसान पहुँचाने वाली गतिविधि नहीं करेगा।
4. अन्य व्यवसाय में शामिल होना
यदि कोई सदस्य कंपनी के सक्रिय सदस्यों, ग्राहकों या टीम को किसी अन्य व्यवसाय, संस्था या संगठन से जोड़ने अथवा वहाँ कार्य करने के लिए प्रेरित करता है, तो कंपनी बिना पूर्व सूचना के उसकी सदस्यता निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकती है।
5. सदस्य आईडी
सदस्य की आईडी केवल उसके व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए है। आईडी, पासवर्ड या अन्य लॉगिन जानकारी किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को देना या साझा करना प्रतिबंधित है।
6. बोनस एवं लाभ
कंपनी द्वारा दिए जाने वाले बोनस, प्रोत्साहन, पुरस्कार या अन्य लाभ समय-समय पर लागू कंपनी की योजना एवं नीतियों के अनुसार होंगे। कंपनी आवश्यकता पड़ने पर इनमें संशोधन कर सकती है।
7. कंपनी का अधिकार
कंपनी को यह अधिकार होगा कि यदि कोई सदस्य नियमों का उल्लंघन करता है, निष्क्रिय रहता है, गलत जानकारी देता है, अनुशासनहीनता करता है, कंपनी के हितों के विरुद्ध कार्य करता है, कंपनी की नीतियों का पालन नहीं करता, या V-Ryze से जुड़े रहते हुए किसी अन्य समान प्रकृति के व्यवसाय, संगठन या कंपनी में सक्रिय रूप से कार्य करता है अथवा V-Ryze के सदस्यों, ग्राहकों या टीम को वहाँ जोड़ने या स्थानांतरित करने का प्रयास करता है, तो कंपनी अपनी आंतरिक नीति के अनुसार उस सदस्य की Member ID को Suspend (निलंबित), Block (अवरुद्ध), Terminate (समाप्त) या Reassign (पुनः आवंटित) करने का अधिकार रखती है। कंपनी का निर्णय अंतिम एवं सभी सदस्यों पर बाध्यकारी होगा।
8. गोपनीयता
सदस्य अपनी लॉगिन जानकारी एवं व्यक्तिगत विवरण सुरक्षित रखने के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा। किसी भी प्रकार के दुरुपयोग के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
9. नियमों में संशोधन
कंपनी समय-समय पर अपने नियमों एवं नीतियों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है। संशोधित नियम सभी सदस्यों पर समान रूप से लागू होंगे।
10. विवाद
किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में कंपनी का पंजीकृत कार्यालय जिस क्षेत्र में स्थित होगा, वहीं की सक्षम न्यायालय का अधिकार क्षेत्र मान्य होगा।
घोषणा
“मैं सहमत हूँ (I Agree)” पर क्लिक करके सदस्य यह पुष्टि करता है कि उसने सभी नियम एवं शर्तें पढ़ ली हैं, समझ ली हैं तथा उनका पालन करने के लिए सहमत है।
V-Ryze Terms & Conditions
“V-Ryze is a brand operated and managed by Maitri Enterprises. Wherever the term ‘Company’ appears in these Terms & Conditions, it shall refer to the V-Ryze brand operated by Maitri Enterprises.”
1. Membership
Every applicant confirms that all information provided during registration is true and accurate. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if any information is found to be false.
2. Acceptance of Policies
By registering, the member agrees to comply with all Company rules, policies, guidelines and future amendments.
3. Professional Conduct
Members shall maintain the reputation of the Company and shall not engage in any misleading, unethical or harmful activities affecting the Company.
4. Business Ethics
Members shall not encourage, influence or shift the Company’s members, customers or business team towards any other business, organisation or commercial activity. Violation may result in suspension or termination of membership.
5. Member ID
The Member ID is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to use the account is prohibited.
6. Rewards & Benefits
Bonuses, incentives, rewards and other benefits shall be governed by the Company’s prevailing policies. The Company reserves the right to revise or discontinue any plan without prior notice.
7. Company’s Rights
The Company reserves the right to suspend, block, terminate, or reassign any Member ID in accordance with its internal policies if a Member violates the Company’s rules, remains inactive, provides false or misleading information, engages in misconduct, acts against the interests of the Company, fails to comply with Company policies, actively participates in any other business, organisation, or company of a similar nature while associated with V-Ryze, or attempts to influence, recruit, transfer, or shift V-Ryze Members, customers, or business team to such business, organisation, or company. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all Members.
8. Privacy & Security
Members are responsible for protecting their login credentials and personal information. The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized use caused by negligence of the member.
9. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies shall become applicable to all members.
10. Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the Company’s Registered Office is situated.
Declaration
By clicking “I Agree to the Terms & Conditions”, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted all Company policies and agree to abide by them.
